Santa Feans Support Brian for State House!

Today, several more letters to the editor were published in
the New Mexican in support of my decision
to run for the State House:

We read about Brian Egolf's decision to run for the State House seat vacated recently by Peter Wirth, as a result of Peter's decision to run for the State Senate. We feel that Brian has made a very wise decision that will truly benefit the people of Santa Fe. Santa Fe will be blessed to have two great representatives in the New Mexico Legislature: Wirth in the Senate and Egolf in the House. Again, bravo to Brian for making such an immediate, thoughtful, and timely decision that puts the best interests of Santa Fe first.

I supported Brian Egolf's original decision to run for the New Mexico Senate seat in District 25, and I support his decision to run now for the state House District 47 position being vacated by Rep. Peter Wirth. I agree with Brian's assessment that the people of Santa Fe and New Mexico would be best served by having these two strong progressive Democrats serving together in the Legislature.

Brian and I worked together during my tenure as Coordinator for Santa Fe County Democratic Party Ward 47A.

Brian is an active participant on the county and state central committees. I believe he will provide excellent representation for the people of House District 47.
